Sue Kostka - Office Manager/CA - Sue Kostka has been employed by Dr. Poller for 18 years; since the birth of her first child Jimmy. Her second child, Michelle, was born 2 years later on her father's birthday! She and her husband, John, are life-long residents of Dumont, NJ. They were high school sweethearts. In her spare time, Sue enjoys reading, crocheting and spending time with her family.
Theresa Bouverot - CA- Theresa Bouverot has been with Dr. Poller since November 2004. She has a daughter, Lisa Marie. She and her husband, Mike, live locally.
Adlyn O'Rourke - CA - is a native-born New Yorker who arrived in New Jersey in 1989 and has loved it ever since. She lives in Dumont with her three girls ages 16, 13 and 10 and her dog, Christmas. Adlyn has worked for Dr. Poller on and off for the last 8 years.
Diana Usma - CA -has just joined our team. She was born in New Jersey has a son, lives in Teaneck and speaks fluent Spanish. She is enjoying her new position.
Physical Therapy is an integral part of this office furthering our effort to increase the level of service to you, our patient, in helping you achieve your health goals. By combining chiropractic and physical therapy we are providing you with a unique experience in Bergen County.
You are all familiar with all the benefits of chiropractic and now physical therapy will be available to you to compliment the chiropractic care you already receive. Additionally, using physical therapy procedures and protocols we will be able to offer exercise therapy, laser therapy (Cold and Super Luminous Diode/SLD) work hardening orthopedic/physical rehabilitation, and post-surgical rehabilitation of your spine or extremities when indicated and prescribed.
Rainier Dones, PT has many years of experience working with orthopedic neurological problems along with sports injury, and provides pain management for those in need. Bergen Spine and Rehabilitation LLC, is privileged to have excellent physical therapists as part of our staff.
Mr. Rainier Dones, R.P.T. (License #40QA010608700) is an integral part of our staff as he brings with him experience as a Clinic Supervisor for the College of Physical Therapy, San Juan de Dios Educational Foundation, a staff Physical Therapist for the Meadowlands Hospital & Medical Center, and Rockland Physical Therapy.
Mr. Dones recently completed a research paper on the comparison of the Effectivity of Ankle Taping (Closed-Basket Weave) Vs. a commercially available Ankle support (Neoprene with Velcro straps) in preventing ankle sprains on High School Male basketball players.
Mr. Dones is an expert at both active and passive treatments and in complete evaluation, and functional capacity evaluations for those individuals with acute traumatic/sub-acute chronic debilitations and disabilities. Mr. Dones graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy at San Juan de Dios Educational Foundation, Philippines, 1999.
